The grapes are hand picked, using only the heart of the press to make MDC. This exceptional base wine is then aged for 36 months, allowing it to fully develop character and flavour. With a low dosage the final result is champagne that is refreshing, crisp, vibrant and perfectly suited for the modern palate.
