We can ship your order to anywhere in New Zealand for a flat
fee of $25.00. Shipping is free for orders over $250.00.

We regret that we cannot ship to a PO Box at this time.

At the moment, we can only ship to addresses in New Zealand.

You will receive an order confirmation email with a link to our distribution partner. You can track your order by clicking on the link
(note that it will take you to our partner’s website).

Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days to the North Island, and 3-5 business days to the South Island. You can track the progress of your order by following the email link that will be sent to you on dispatch.

Your delivery will need to be received and signed for by an adult aged 18+. They may
need to provide proof of age.

Your delivery can be signed for by any adult aged 18+. Wines cannot be delivered to an unattended address.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your wines or spirits. Should you have any issues with your order, please contact us at concierge@cbfinewine.co.nz and we
will do our best to make it right.
